I've got an AEG which is several years old now. It doesn't have a handwash programme as such (I think newer models do though) but has cycles for woollens, delicates etc.

What I like about it is that it's easy to use. No confusing symbols or flashing lights and other unnecessary gimmicks

Bosch every time - this one is fairly simple and under £300 (£260 inc deliv at the Co-op).

wow that is good value!

My existing one is Siemans, have been very happy with it tbh. I usually buy Siemens or Miele things, are bosch ok quality wise?

Miele

WendyWeber · 04/08/2007 16:12

Siemens and Bosch are approx the same make; I have Bosch dishwasher and washing machine and both have been no-trouble-at-all-touch-wood.

BSH Group - the same company!

This baby is good. But I didn't pay that much!

Ceolas · 05/08/2007 14:56

More like it

Ooh, ceolas, 7kg and 1400rpm - that's an excellent price!
