Citroen Picasso Owners - car seat question

oooggs · 02/07/2007 21:54

Can I get a Maxi Cosi Rodi XP and two Britax Duo Isofix in the back of the car.

If not which stage 2 x2 (twins) and stage 3 can I do it with?

Currently have dt1 in front - air bag off in a rear facing, dt2 behind her in a rear facing and ds1 on other side in Britax Duo Isofix.

But ds1 3.6 outgrowing Britax and needs a stage 3 but need to think ahead to after Christmas when dt's will need a stage 2.

Any suggestions..... and yes I would love to chnage the car but it isn't an option (says DH!!!)

Hi ooogs, afraid I can't answer your question on those specific car seats, but I have a Picasso and regularly have three car seats in the back - Maxi Cosi Priori x 2 and a Graco stage 2 - I got the car because of the width of the back seats. My only problem is putting the seatbelt in for the older child - usually involves me practically crushing him whilst I scrabble around looking for the clip in thing which is between the car seats! Harnesses are so much easier! Hope someone can help with your specific car seats.

Again can't answer specific question asked but have DD (4.4) in MaxiCosi Rodi (?)XP Stage 3 and can turn it slightly to the left to get seatbelt in when we are stuffed full of camping gear!

Could you borrow seats from friends to try - a 'bring a carseat and cake' type afternoon

good idea feetheart - like the cake part. Think I am going to the local big Toys R Us and get them to show me
