it's wonderful stuff

even gets curry and pasta sauce stains out of my white shirts and brings them gleaming like new... sparkling like a summer cloud.. blah blah

I like it

noddyholder · 24/05/2007 17:37

Oh no another laundry product for me to buy.

Sugarfree · 24/05/2007 17:48

I'm convinced.
Ds2 will be allowed to stand next to his friends again.

tissy · 24/05/2007 17:51

yes, it really works, but look at the ingredients! It's full of enzymes and optical brighteners!

noddyholder · 24/05/2007 17:52

ooooh optical brighteners make everything look lovely and bluey white on the line

Flower3554 · 24/05/2007 17:53

But tissy, thats just what we need. here little enzymes, here little brighteners.

Sugarfree · 26/05/2007 13:03

Whites are soaking in it right now. Will let you know how I get on.

sarahlou1uk · 27/05/2007 09:45

will this get the food stains out of bibs? - you know, the lovely orange ones that won't shift even if you wash them at 90? Please let me know and I will go and buy some if this is the case

LadyTophamHatt · 27/05/2007 09:55

how bizarre...

I am right at the very moment, waiting fro my washing machine to finish as its got all the Ds's school polo shirts in with the first scoop of vainish crystal white in it.

I was going to wait until it finished and start a thread telling you all how good or bad it is.

machine has now finished its final spin so I'll be back in about 10 minutes with the results.....

Boco · 27/05/2007 09:56

Ah this sounds like another one of those products with crazy planet melting chemicals in that dp Won't Allow. I have a secret stash of emergency products that are not ecover that he knows nothing about - but if he found them, he'd be very upset for the streams and the ecosystems.

bagpuss · 27/05/2007 10:00

I agree, its fab stuff. dd's school socks are pristine once more .

Sugarfree · 27/05/2007 10:01

Didn't get ink off(had to use stain devil) and didn't remove the mystery pink stain from the back of ds1's polo shirt.

After soaking for 6 hours,I put them in a normal white wash with another scoop at 40.

The stains still linger,ds2's polo shirts are marginally brighter but the white sports socks definitely look better.

{laundry geek alert off}

LadyTophamHatt · 27/05/2007 10:07

hmmmm...didn't get all the stain out here and some still have a tiny grey tinge....

Sugarfree · 27/05/2007 10:14

Maybe if you start using it on the polo shirts while they are still shop bright,it prevents them from going grubby?
