We have been sorting out some boxes and found this
It is stainless steel and about 20cm tall
Both end rings are same size with middle ring smaller
What the bloomin' heck does it do?
Is it missing something? If so, what?
We have tried to put wooden spoons in it but that doesn't work really
So come on please MN tell me what it is and what it does
