Need to get one for DH as DS broke the last one...
Can't find any I like, have looked at John Lewis/Argos/Oregon Scientific etc.
Would like it be to be fairly small and discreet with a light. Have been on the hunt for ages, please help!

I personally love our Oregon one from Argos. It's the one which projects the time onto the ceiling, and whenever I'm away from home, I miss being able to look up easily to see the time!

One with hands, or digital? When you say a light, do you mean to see the hands, or an actual lamp?

I thought this was quite cool, but isn't exactly discreet.

we've got this one good if the children get hold of it as it doesn't break. why are children so fascinated by them?

Something like this ?

JackieNo · 04/05/2007 12:28

Or this rather funky one ?

JackieNo · 04/05/2007 12:31

Any of these ?

On the last post, that top left one (Acctim) looks just like one I got in Wilkinsons for £4. - This is a good, basic clock, works well, and smart for the price.

Like the last ones JN plus the one from IKEA looks perfect (and robust) but can't get to IKEA and not yet in their delivery area, arrgghh!
DH almost blind so think will have to be digital and backlit, will check through the Actim ones! Unf no Wilkinsons here either but am happy to pay the extra to shop on line....
Thanks all
