Cheap wooden playhouse sought, ideas?

I'm looking for a basic, one storey wooden playhouse for my dd who is 3. I've seen several, the cheapest being £179 @ Homebase, the most expensive being £3500!!!

Any ideas where I can look. We live in the Midlands.
