Emmaljunga car seat - where to buy?

I have bought an Emmaljunga Edge pram for my baby due in April, I don't drive myself so didn't really think I'd care much about having a compatible car seat but have since decided that it might be useful for DH to be able to sling the chassis in the boot and then attach the car seat instead of taking a buggy especially if the baby is asleep.

I have looked at the Emmaljunga website and have a few phone numbers to try but thought I would check on here first - does anyone know where you can buy the Emmaljunga car seats? Or failing that, does anyone know if any other generally available car seats can be fitted to an Emmaljunga chassis?

Thanks

I wouldn't bother, truly - just get one that fits DH's car safely.
The Emmaljunga chassis is so big that if he goes out with the baby he might as well take the carrycot too.

I kind of agree with you, but my thinking is that if we are just going to get a car seat in isolation that we might as well get an Emmaljunga one and we may or may not use it with the I agree, fairly chunky, chassis.

For anyone that might be interested, Emmaljunga have told me that their car seat is not released in UK until May, but that the Britax Cosy Tot Premier car seat will fit all the new chassis of the Smart, Edge etc using an Emmaljunga car seat adapter kit available from Glasgow Pram Centre or other stockists for about £11.00
