where do i get armbands? - NOT the blowup kind

but the ones that are made of the same material that those rectangular floats are made of. They are a circle that you put your arm through and you start with 3 and gradually reduce the number the child wears.

anyone any idea what I'm talking about?!
know where I can buy them
