Has anyone seen a buggy with a seat on the top for a toddler?

I have seen a few single buggies lately with the older baby sat on top of what looks like the raincover with a seat facing the parent? Does this really exist, am I going mad or are these parents just plonking them on top of the baby and hoping for the best. It would answer all my problems if they do exist as my toddler wants to walk everywhere but inevitably get tired after 5 minutes.

Seen one similar to a mountain buggy - it was a twin version with roof seat for toddler!

Another company that do this is Emmaljunga. They do the more traditional prams too. Large but fab to push! We used to have one with a toddler seat, it was great. Expensive, but they do come up on Ebay.
