In praise of GHD

Would just like to share a positive experience (thought it would make a nice change!). I sent my GHDs which I've had for jsut over 4 yrs away to be repaired at a cost of £43 (incl recorded delivery) and received a brand new pair in return this morning - v impressed and happy as I had forgotten just how good they are

I will share my negative one then !
I ordered some from GHD-uk.co.uk with guaranteed next day delivery on Jan 2nd & still have not got them. Waited on the phone today for 45 mins to speak to their customer services only to be told that there were 'stock problems' Grrrrrrrr

ooh that's not good I would be v at that! The repair people are a different place I think - and it will be worth the wait!

I know - I thought at least they might send some freebie product by way of an apology. Grrrr

Well, they turned up today and can I just say.....WOW.......amazing !!

had these as his xmas present from his gf..opened to rofling from everyone

as compensation he has persuaded her to pay 150.00 towards the TV i ordered for him but for which he had to pay the remainder after his dad and I had paid our bit..me 75.00 and his dad 100.00

he has used them apparently but his hair is only short so they are to make a kind of erect wave in the middle somewhere apparently

whizzz glad you like them, they really are better than anything else, which I had forgotten and so nearly didn't get mine repaired/replaced, what a fool!
