I phoned every supermarkte in the area and not one person had one..half of them didnt even have many birthday cakes due to christmas. So guess will have this problem for DD every year..lol Got a basic pink one with flowers on as it is for her 1st bday and mil 62nd.

Nemo, I have this prob in February cos they make way for valentines day. Its so annoying!!

we had fifi but had to make it myself!

sis made a number 3 and iced in green icing (could purchase a plain iced cake in m&S though)

then I took a picture of fifi to the cake shop and they made me a figure of fifi in marzipan (3d) which i put on top of the cake. I then found some daisy shaped chocs and used these around sides of cake. (figure cost me £9.99 and chocs about a fiver, cake was free!)

have you searched ebay? I bought sugar paper rounds printed with fifi and bumble to place on cupcakes. can't remember seller but she came from jersey. I'm sure she did bigger toppers as well.

lexiemum have left it late as it is DDS bday on saturday so no time for ebay..will have to think in advance next year..I blame being 8mths pg this year..lol
