Seriously hardscore handcream

is needed.

The ends of my fingers keep splitting and I just can't seem to use enough handcream. The splits on my thumb is making it impossible for me to sign my name.

I use Nutrogena and Vaseline Intensive care.
It has to be non-greasey.

L'occitane hand cream is fabulous. I spend all winter with fingers like grated carrots, and this cream is the ONLY one that softens them. Not cheap but worth every last penny, IMO.

New Skin is fab for hacks in hands, but oh does it sting .

What about using some hardcare cracked heel cream, or DH says the body shop hemp one in a metal tube.

snort... DH even wore the gloves, but it did work .

I have to wash my hands hundreds of times a day at work and I sometimes get very painful, dry and cracked hands.

When I remember to keep putting this on, though, they are fine.

It is indeed a miracle worker, and so cheap too. It can be used anywhere, I put it on my dd's face when she had chapped cheeks and it was great for that too.

No perfume, not greasy, it's fab.

I like the L'Occitane hand cream too, but it's more for general dryness - I do find that the cracked bits need more.

Giraffe... I've seen that stuff in the Lakeland catalogue and wondered about it. How often do you have to put it on? Is it like a handcream, so every time you wash your hands? Or does it go on at the beginning of the day and last all day?
