Baby Video Monitors - Any Recommendations/Advice?

Hi,
My son is 18 months old and our old baby monitor has just broken. We're thinking of getting a video baby monitor to save us having to go in at night to check he hasn't got his legs stuck through the bars cot or thrown off his blankets. Does anyone have a video baby monitor and, if so, would you recommend it? They're really expensive compared to the old sound monitors and I don't want to waste my money.
Thanks

We bought a black and white one from woolworths, brought it home and it was awful, there was a constant humming from the parent unit, and the picture was almost not there, couldn't have used it at all, we ended up taking it back. I will be watching the thread though, would still like a video one if any of the others are any good.

I succumber and bought the summer infant monitor for £80 from Argos last weekend. It's black and white and the monitor is, basically, a mini TV. Don't bother, we're taking it back tomorrow. It only works on one of the 3 channels, the interference is so bad you can't listen to the sound and the picture is too grainy to make out detail and keeps disappearing for a second every 30 seconds or so. And to top it all, last night the picture died completely. It was great being able to see what he was up to but I think I'll stick with the sound monitors until the quality of the video monitors is improved.
