I want to send a complaint to their top bod as their customer service people couldn't give two hoots basically.
My DD choked on a shelf peg which she easily removed at 11 months old. I find this shocking but they are saying tough, meets health and safety standards.
I have tweeted them but their answer is still the same.
As people by this for playrooms and bedrooms etc I would hate for a child to be seriously harmed.
