children's pajamas with large or V neck

I am looking for pajamas for my DS (age 4) - he has motor skills problems and therefore finds getting undressed hard and dressed pretty much impossible. I try to make it easier for him by getting clothes with large neck-holes - fine in day clothes, but can't find suitable PJs. Anyone know of any? Button-up ones no good - he absolutely couldn't do buttons!

I bought ds some pjs from matalan today 2 pairs for £8. The necks are very stretchy so should be easier for your ds to get on.

will check out primark - got to pull myself together to face the trek into town.

Sadly, due to DS's rather peculiar way of removing tops, stretchy necks don't help him get them off.

Not in our local primark (got someone else to look for me today).
So bumping for any other ideas....
