What Ear Defenders for a music festival? (for a young child)

My DS does not get on fabulously with very loud music, or other noise. Although he adores music, and dancing.

We are going to a couple of festivals this year and I am going to buy him some ear defenders so he can be involved a bit more than really far away from some fab music. Also will get one for DD who is better with loud music, adjusts well, but it's going to be quite loud so I will feel happier with her having the choice of wearing them (or if really really loud, no choice at all!).

What make is the best for noise reduction? I have seen some by Banz.. Are they good?

I don't know Banz but we use Peltor - the heavy duty ones which are really comfortable and filter the decibel level.

Oh I saw that make, will take a look thank you!

excellent, great link thank you! They have the Pelter ones and the Banz ones that I saw there on that site too. Good to know what are proper headphones that work correctly and what are 'gimics'.
