Can you fit a child's bike in the boot of a ford focus?

And maybe a small balance bike too? Or is the boot not that big?!

I can fit a child's bike in the boot of my peugot 207 ( must be a bit smaller than a focus) and a balance bike if I took the luggage shelf off.

Or , i could keep the shelf thing on, put the bike in the boot and fit the balance bike in the well of the front seat - but that never worked so well on the return journey ( muddy wheels)

Now, they are both on larger bikes, so we take scooters instead !!

Thanks that's really useful!

I fitted an 18" wheel 6 to 9 year old's bike in my focus, but had to take the parcel shelf out and put 2 of the back seats down.

I've got a focus and can fit my toddlers bulky smart trike in it with the huge handle (without dropping seats) so yes you would fit a child's bike in.

That's great thanks. Wouldn't be able to put seats down as would have car seats and full load also. Good to know it's probably do-able!
