breathing monitor that will work with our mattress?

i want a breathing monitor for ds4 and was on the verge of ordering the angelcare one when I read that it can't be used with a memory foam mattress.

we have this mattress and it has a layer of latex foam in it, so not sure if the monitor will work with it or not?

i have emailed angelcare, but i'd really like to order one asap so wondered if anyone had any ideas for me?

he likes to sleep on his tummy, hence wanting the monitor, do you think that the clip on ones would still work?

Yes they still worked for us, ds wore his until he was 12 months so was all over the cot during the night!
