why can't you buy moses basket covers?

MIL bought a rather gruesome moses basket 3 years ago, and I know all the covers come off cos the first thing ds did was puke all over it

We're considering borrowing it for new baby, but the covers are still gruesome (only now they're gruesome and dated and slightly stained!)

Does anywhere sell just the covers?

don't know about just the covers but I went to my local boot sales and bought a moses basket, stand and covers for a £5 - took off all covers and kept them for mine and disposed of what I didn't need.

Do a search on ebay there's often lots for sale!

My mum made me a new cover.

I think you don't really see them for sale because moses baskets are used for such a short time they never wear out.
