We changed car in between and the old seat wouldn't fit in the new car, otherwise would have reused the old seat.

StinkyPete · 15/08/2006 08:58

have reused

shazronnie · 15/08/2006 11:48

yes you can carry on reusing as long as it has not been involved in a crash.

Mine was used on dd1 and dd2 (9lb 10 and 9lb 5) and it is now being used by my friend.

jamsambam · 15/08/2006 11:51

mine has done 5 children and is now ready for the 6th..cousains, not all mine!!

Bozza · 15/08/2006 11:51

Don't really see relevence of weight of baby. They are all 20lb by the time they finish with it. Actually smaller baby would presumably use it for longer.

I used mine with both DS and DD and then passed it on to my sister. Who used it from when her DS was about 4 months.

ledodgyrobespierre · 15/08/2006 11:53

We got a new one but only because dd wrecked hers by playing rocking and the like on it when she was a toddler.

PiccadillyCircus · 15/08/2006 11:55

DD is using DS's old one.

YellowFeathers · 15/08/2006 11:59

We're using dds old one for this baby. It hasn't been in a smash so its ok.
I think its only mattresses that matter with indentation marks if thats what you were worried about.
