Can't add Harry Potter books to Kindle Free Time Content

Got DS a Kindle Fire HDX for Xmas as he has really got into reading lately. Have purchased HP books 1-7 via Pottermore site, synced and all appear on the home carousel bit (and on my normal kindle) but I can't seem to add them to his Kindle Free Time library Hmm is it because they were purchased from an external website? If so, I'm annoyed as it was one of the main reasons for buying it - seems pointless having to disable FreeTime every time he wants to read HP book!

Anyone else experienced this? Is there a way round it? Have mailed Amazon too.

Have no idea sorry but have always found amazon customer service to be very good.

It's mentioned here in the help page on FreeTime:

Important: Public library books, personal documents, music, audiobooks, books from Pottemore, Amazon Instant Video rentals, and titles from the Prime Instant Video or Kindle Owners' Lending Library catalog can't be added to a profile.

Isn't FreeTime just for managing content you have bought from Amazon?

Music and audio books are content that is purchased on amazon so no kindle FreeTime is not just for managing content you have purchased
