Bunk beds with trundle for occasional adult use

We want a bunk bed with a trundle mainly for child use but occasionally for adult use on bottom bunk..... But we want the adult to be able to sit on the bottom bunk to relax or read the kids a story. What are the best ones to go for? Have looked at aspace but full package with 3 mattresses is over £2000. Is that just what we need to pay?

a high bed and a futon or sofa bed below might work out cheaper ... ikea do a good selection ! :-)
