DD needs a waterproof coat for our holiday but the shops are full of flip flops

It has to be seriously waterproof not showerproof kagoul-type thing. If anyone has got one a girl would wear (ie not blue ) I'd be happy to take it off your hands for a fee! Age 8-9 would be good.
