peed off with ASOS, looking for a similar net shop

i am currently going through a nightmare trying to get my money back from asos.com, i sent some stuff back via recorded delivery and they lost it and i have the proof of posting but now that want me to get a proof of signature from the royal mail...WHAT?????? it is seriusly ridiculous, i did everything according to their requirements on returns and i've not seen my money for over 3 monts now. so, while sill waiting for the refund i ve decided i will never buy anything off the, you cant even speak to anyone all they give you is an email address so it takes ages to communicate with them.
can you spread the word about their customer services which are ridiculous and also can anyone recommend a good trendy internet retailer?

(Touch wood) so far I have only had good experiences with them so can't comment realy. They have always refunded without any problems. BUT due to return something now so we will see.....

I agree though, the fact you can't call them is a nightmare..Good luck in the search and refund request.

BTW, can't you send them proof of the signature..? I am sure you can view the signature online with Royalmail..? Print it off and send it to them..? I know it means you doing the work but if gets you your refund......

ss..that must be recenty added as when I tried to contact them there was only email available...about 3-4 months ago.

isn't that just fax number? have you actually spoken to someone on this phone number?
i ant get the proof of signature cos i would have to pay £2.20and need their phone number. any ideas of what to do?
