i am currently going through a nightmare trying to get my money back from asos.com, i sent some stuff back via recorded delivery and they lost it and i have the proof of posting but now that want me to get a proof of signature from the royal mail...WHAT?????? it is seriusly ridiculous, i did everything according to their requirements on returns and i've not seen my money for over 3 monts now. so, while sill waiting for the refund i ve decided i will never buy anything off the, you cant even speak to anyone all they give you is an email address so it takes ages to communicate with them.
can you spread the word about their customer services which are ridiculous and also can anyone recommend a good trendy internet retailer?
