Cooker fan extracter - im looking for a good one

the ones that slided open and close

as atm weve got one and its a flat agaisnt teh wall and the outside air still comes in when the fan is not switched on cos its doesnt open and close just turned on but its bloody drafty and cold in the kitchen

need a decent price one - not a expensive one

Have you got good ventilation in the kitchen (window)? Do you actually need one? We don't use ours much at all, waste of money and space.

Never had one before but building regs say we have to have one (its a new extension), well some sort of fan anyway or a hood.
