kangoo 16v 1.6 - can't find oil dipstick!

to my shame....even with the diagram from the handbook, and pictures on internet...I just can't find it....Any kangoo owners out there?

According to Wiki, the 1.6 is a rover K series engine. This picture www.metropower.org.uk/media/gallery/1.8_adriansi/9.jpg shows a K-series in a Metro, if the dipstick is in the same location on your Kangoo, the dipstick is hiding near the intake manifold. It's the yellow ring about a third of the way up the picture, about a fifth from the left (just by the plastic reservoir holding purple fluid).
