Something to get smoke smell out of upholstery

I bought a lovely faux leatherrocker from eBay but didn't check smoke/pet free. I plan to use it for breast feeding but it absolutely stinks!
I have tried disinfectant, febreeze ( the adverts a lie). Any other product or old fashioned suggestions? Thanku

I febreezed it again last night. Will keep repeating the process for a few days

Have you got somewhere sheltered outside you could put it to air?

No & it is too heavy for me to move. I will just have to leave it a few days & see

marking my place for ideas. I have the same issue with a blow up bed (ours from new, but spent a week on the carpet of a flat which used to belong to a smoker )

Not febreze though. It makes me heave.

I know. It's in the front room. I had to leave it by the window & I am febreezing it regularly but the smell of that is making me feel sick as well. I'm so disapointed as I bought it for breast feeding ( am 38 weeks pregnant)

I found an idea in the Internet. Lavender oil, white vinegar & lemon juice mixed in a spray. Will give it a go tmw and see. Fingers crossed
