Right, best car to get toddler seat, HBB and an adult in the back?

Our aging Ibiza is worrying me in longevity terms and I was wondering which car would be best if we had to get a new one. Would have to be new as 2nd hand market in Spain is shite. I would need to be able to get DD's maxi cosi priori, DS's HBB (isofix one) and an adult in the back.

What would be my best bet and best value for money? Recently drove a Kia Cee'd SW as a hire car on holiday ad loved it but don't think you'd get an adult in the back with the 2 car seats (the maxi cosi is v wide). How big a car do you need for the group1, group 2 + adult combo?

Kia Sedona? Bigger (7seats) and the back seats either come out or fold down so you could expand the boot space without losing the seating you'd need.
We have one and it's a good drive and eminently practical.

No Sedonas on the Spanish Kia website and, like I say 2nd hand no good here, they're all reeeeaaaally overpriced with huge mileages.
Would I absolutely need a 7 seater?

I would have thought so. We had a job fitting the small for his age eldest between two car seats when the middle two were small (and smallest was still a glint) so I wouldn't fandy being 'that adult' for long.
Might not be called a Sedona-possibly Carnival? That's what they call the German version. Failing that Hyundai? They sell a lot of car for the money-and do the spacious type you'd want.
