why suddenly ive got full water in the fabric softener drawer of washing machine??

as ive had the washing machine for 2 mths and yesterday i noticed that there is water full in the softener drawer and i can hardly pour any softener it in where before there was no water and i could fill it up

ive looks in the book but nothing! and ive tried to unclip the drawer but cant....

(my mum was the last person to used it - hhmmmmm!!!)

sounds like you've got a blockage. Maybe some powder is stuck in the back of the drawer and has gone gungey and sticky, that's what happens with mine. I just take the drawer out and flush it through with boiling water.

It is blocked, mine does this. You know on the drawer, is there a bit that you can press in to allow you to slide the drawer out ??

If you get it out you need to take it apart and clean it and then it should be fine.

well it poss be that as mum put the powder in the wrong section (she never listened to me!)
