Its a small silver plated bola rattle from Smile Child £16.99. Its got a beautful magical sound and it the perfect size for a small baby. DD2 is 3 mths old and has just started holding things so it will be perfect but wish I'd known about them when my friend had her baby as it would have been a perfect newborn gift too.
