Does anyone know where I could get one of these rings?

I am looking for a ring, very similar to this but with a diamond joining the two arms near the end.

I would like the ring in white gold or platinum, does anyone have any idea where I could get one, thanks.

just looked at pictures .. it is quite a traditional design if you put the diamond in the middle of the two arms .. have you actually looked in jewellers yet as am surprised you haven't seen one
