I was recently having a conversation with a friend about using website where you can create photo books. She said that she knows someone won't upload pictures onto them. I'm just curious would you?

I would yes and my exmil did one for her partners birthday, it was very good quality and good value for money

starsintheireyes- My friend said that most people would only use sites like snapfish, and other sites they've heard of, agree- yay or nay?

Why?

PandaG · 01/01/2012 21:49

have used several different sites, depending on which had a special offer on.

Laura1001 · 01/01/2012 21:49

BlastOff- i think it must be a trust issue, but she always seems a bit scared of the internet, and certainly wouldn't use websites like Mumsnet

rubyrubyruby- I've looked at truprint before- is it easy to use ( as i'm not the best with computers). Have you ever created a photo book with it (as i'm thinking of creating one)?

As you have said - I am not scared of the internet so I would be happy to upload photos to a website in order for them to print them off.

Beamae · 01/01/2012 21:58

i'm doing exactly that right this second.

Laura1001 · 02/01/2012 16:36

beamae- which site are you using? Would you recomend it?

We've used Jessops this year to make calendars but have used Photobox as well - both were good, nice quality products, not difficult to set up.

Clayhead · 02/01/2012 16:39

Snapfish have 50% off at the moment - code WINTER12.

I have a photobook I made of pictures people took at our wedding and a baby's first year photobook I got a free voucher for from boots parenting club. They were both from photobox and they are really good quality I rely Luke them.

Has anyone here ever made a photo book with their son/ daughters' artwork in ?
I just thought it would be a nice idea
