Looking for baby wipes that don't make sore chapped hands worse?

My hands get very dry and chapped at this time of year, and I'm sure using baby wipes while changing nappies is making my skin worse. Has anyone with sensitive skin found a brand of wipes that doesn't irritate their skin?

You could make some reusable ones? Just dip them in a pot of warm water while using and then wash with your normal washing.
