Where can I buy boys' shoes, size 5, with slippy soles and a heel

ds2 is learning to play the organ and his teacher says he needs shoes with (very) slippy soles and a heel.

But he's only size 5 and I don't know anywhere that will sell something like this.

Some men's smart dress shoes would be appropriate, but they don't usually start until size 7, occasionally 6. Any ideas?

dance shops? somethings like this?
I think they are called ballroom or jazz shoes. You could get them second hand at a dancing school I would guess.
