I have 'Kindle for PC' can I share my books with my dad's actual Kindle?

You'd have to share your actual account with him to do that, so basically answer is no - as he'd lose the books on his account - only one person can own a kindle account. So if you had your own kindle you could see all the books you have bought on the computer, but you can't from someone else's.

Kindle users in the US can lend books to other users for two weeks provided the book's publisher allows it. Currently UK users don't have this option but it is supposed to be coming later this year (no sign yet though).
