what about a spa treatment that all 3 of you can go to together - no idea how much they cost, but that was what i got for xmas from mum last year (when i was 20) and was lovely But then Im not into music, makeup or clothes..

books - either a can't-go-far-wrong holiday reader (Nick Hornby, Ben Elton type thing) or a book that reflects their interests - cookery, travel, whatever.

clinique often do little gift sets at this time of year - you could buy them an item each and then split the gift set.
