Whats the name of the contraption that stops little ones escaping from their car seats?

Its basically a small piece of material which you attach to the car seat straps with plastic clips.
I was recommended it on MN.
It was from a company in New Zealand and is black and red.
It was fab but has mysteriously disappeared.....
