Do any of you lovely people have a Toyota Prius?

And if so, do you like it? Is it nice to drive? And does the CVT gearbox take a bit of getting used to or is it easy?

TIA

I hope this is still relevant to you Tequila. I have a prius. It's good to drive unless it's very wet or snowing - it has the worst grip of any car I've ever had. On the plus side, the gearbox is easy and very very good. Anything else you'd like to know?

What kind of driving do you do? Prius has a hybrid system which performs best on shorter, urban journeys. If you do longer motorway trips then a diesel will probably be more efficient e.g. Golf Bluemotion.

Some of the new diesel engines are more fuel efficient than a Prius, might be worth taking a look at those too.
