DFS Leather Furniture am mortified at change of colour

DH and I purchased a three seater and two seater settee and a large foot
stool exactly two years ago from our local dealership,its the one on the recent advert in the antique leather with the union jack cushions in a medium
brown colour,must point out that there is only me and DH at home no DCs
etc,we bought the furniture with the idea that it would be our last big purchase of furniture as we had downsized to a smaller apartment,but to my
horror the leather on one of the settees has gone the most horrendious
dark brown/black colour and looks very ugly indeed,how do i approach DFS
about this as there is obviously a fault somewhere,but when a friend of
mine complained to a similar company she was told it was the leaher
wearing natually,but I am convinced that there is a fault

I would take photos of what their display looks like, then how they look now and start by saying you feel the change is unreasonable, what do they think.

Also, sorry to be pedantic but mortified means 'really embarrassed' - eg I was mortified when I realised my white swimming costume had become see-through in the swimming pool.

Thanks PerfectStiches will do that,and I am "really embarrassed" at the colour change to the point that I cover that part of settee with a throw once again many thanks will take photos
