My H&M sunglasses, will they fry my retinas? They have the EN 1836:2005 thing on the label but not the BS kitemark?

They also say Cat UV 400 on them but I'm really wary of sunglasses as my eyes are bad enough as it is so don't want to take any chances. Anyone know anything about this?
