Fathers 70th Birthday Present - Any ideas?

It's my dads 70th Birthday present and I wondered if anyone had any inspirational ideas as I have no clue what to get him!

He is into Gardening, DIY but I always get these kind of things..

Please Help!!

On a whim a few years ago I bought my dad a wind up torch, and it went down a storm.

He also really loves his Oregon Scientific weather station thingy that the whole family bought him about 8 years ago. For his last birthday my db and I bought him an Oregon Scientific \linkwww.oregonscientific.co.uk/subcategory.asp?c=2&s=8\rain gauge}.

I can't find the exact weather forcaster that we got my dad, but it's similar to this one.
