Bought some leggings last week. 2nd day of wearing them noticed a hole in one of the legs right at the front thigh. also thought they were very baggy. Then when I took them off realised they were a size bugger than the hanger had said. Will take them back tomorrow - but should I wash them first?

No, don't wash them - you need to take them back in as close to the state you realised they were faulty. Don't mention the size issue though - that was your fault for not checking - and it'll look like you made the hole so you could exchange them!

true! But when I get the replacement i'll be asking for the lower size. I need to mention it ever-so-casually then...
