Duplo, outdoor toys eg slide, toy car (if you've got a garden), trampoline (small ones can be used inside)
Will post again if I can think of anything else

who is the aqua draw made by?

laughinglil · 26/08/2005 21:45

Agree with Aquadraw and the very large lego bricks (duplo}. Also around that age ds would spend ages fitting shapes in a cube or the wooden puzzle things. You could give him chalk to draw with or even just paint brushes and water if outdoors you can water paint on paving.

All 3 of mine have loved duplo, we have tons of the stuff now , and the older 2 aged 7 and 10 still play with it with ds2.He's now 2 and spends ages creating his own little worlds.
He also enjoyed the leapfrog imagination table, which he was given as a xmas present at 18 months.

Megablox (kids can build something bigger with it faster), stacking cups, pegboard puzzles, doll's pushchair, toy ride-on car to ride or push around, watering can, football, trampolene or slide...

Box of bricks and trains are the favourite things for ds2 - he's 19 mths but hs loved these for ages - total train addict now!
