Sex dreams

Most of the dreams I'm aware of are sex dreams. Probably more than 80%. Some surreal, some preposterous, some very nearly believable, most XXX. (And no, I'm not going to share details.) Obviousy these are just the dreams I wake up from, and it's entirely reasonable to expect I have lots of non sexual dreams and I don't know about them because I don't wake up from them.
It's not connected to relationship status, time of night/day that I wake, age, weather, the movie I've just watched or anything I can think of - it's been like this for decades.

I'm perfectly comfortable with this, but I'm just curious if anyone else is a compulsive sex dreamer?

Nothing beats a good sex dream!!

It's a glorious thing when it happens: unfortunately not very often.

Definitely outweighed by dreams in which I'm naked in public, at work in my pyjamas or trying to escape a collapsing building and I simply can't move my legs.

I get them a lot, I love waking up after or during one….

Check out the Sleep Foundation website. Lots of dream analysis on that site. I had a recurring dream about a descendin stairs and a missing step- always woke me up.

Interesting that sex dreams are not uncommon and more likely to happen if you sleep on your front.

My husband went on Sertraline a few years ago and that affected his sex drive to the point that he stopped masturbating as he was not getting the urge to do it.

He started to get more frequent sex dreams and actual wet dreams after this, that have continued since. He is now doesn't mind this at all after initially wondering what was happening, and it is a real turn on for me.

I wish, lol, when I get them once in a blue moon it's a proper treat, although I do always wake up before they can become wet dreams - might have to start trying to sleep on my front 😂

Huh! I had back ache from sleeping on my front. The curve is bad for the spine.
And there were no sex dreams to compensate.

I enjoyed one last night. Woke me up early though and couldn't get back to sleep. Nice way to wake up though :)

No I rarely have sex dreams, but a couple of nights ago woke up on the verge after one about my ex husband! Bleurgh 😂

Yeah - I've had a couple of proto-sex dreams recently that featured my ex. Very stressful. I was able to wake myself up from both so I could stop them.

Yes!! These have become more frequent post 40 for me!!
