Does your husband love giving oral?

Ladies, I am curious. Everywhere I read men who genuinely like giving oral are rare, especially the ones giving good oral. My DH is great at it, and he is not shy about how much he loves doing it too. He offers almost daily, and honestly is just happy to do it without wanting anything else in return. We've been married about 15 years, and this has been the case from the start.

I am just curious. Is it really that rare? I don't really have comparisons as I've been with him for so long. Or do most of them love doing it (well), and it's just some social media thing I keep seeing?

It's just something I'd expect a partner - male or female - to do in any kind of long term relationship. Of course, I don't want to force anyone into activities they don't want to do, but equally, I wouldn't want to be in a relationship where it doesn't happen! I've given oral sex to people where it hasn't been reciprocated, if I've found them particularly cute or fanciable, but if they don't do the same to me they're not long term prospects.

Oh dear...bit sad really but it's just not going to happen now. He is ND and cannot abide anything wet/gel/sticky on his hands and struggles with textures. He tried with previous partners and was gagging with smell and feel.

Have you never raised this with him? Do you speak to each other? Really this was a discussion for early dating let alone marriage.

For me there is no greater pleasure than going down on my wife. It's a visceral thing: the taste, the smell, the texture, the convulsions; everything about it.

My wife takes no such visceral pleasure in going down on me, so I have largely lost interest in her doing so. When she no longer wants me down there, we would both much rather for me to be inside her.

If someone offered me life in an alternative universe in which these were switched around, there is not a snowball's chance in hell that I would take it.

Male here who hates it. And I completely the partner I lost my virginity to. I went down on her with the excitement of an 18-year-old having sex for the first time, and came back up looking for the anti-sickness tablets. The smell was gross; it literally and unequivocally put me off for life. I have done it since just to be accommodating, and it was ok, but it didn't excite me. Thankfully, my wife of 20 years isn't fussed.

The majority of men that I have been with didn't like giving oral. Only one liked to do it

That was in several different countries. I have lived in Spain , Italy and the UK. I remember one Italian man saying to me "I don't lick pussy'. Some men definitely hate doing it.
