I have been with my wife for 23 years there will never be anyone else as far as i am concerned but in the last few years she has stoped me giving her oral sex saying she is worried about it smelling, i have never complained and i love giving it as far as im concerned the more pleasure she has the more I have

Just take a wash before you receive it, we always take a wash or shower before we engage in to oral sex, it is simple hygiene tbh.

Is she subtly trying to tell you that you're already smelling? How thoroughly do you wash? Do you ensure that you get under the foreskin?

As PP suggests, make sure you thoroughly shower prior to any sexual contact, including thoroughly washing your arse crack several times to ensure you're fresh.

Maybe she just doesnt want you to. My exh would always end up doing it when i really wasnt comfortable with it and it still pisses me off. Is she doesnt want you to do it then just dont, she doesnt need to give you a reason.

Ummm, you lot, he’s talking about HER worrying that SHE smells, not him. Unless she’s trying some reverse psychology.

My vagina became extremely strong smelling when I started on HRT meds. I had to go through a few changes in prescription for the smell to decrease. The smell still isn't back to how it was pre menopause. My partner has been very understanding of my requests to cease oral for a while whilst I regained my confidence to allow him back with the different odour.

The other thing it could be is bacterial vaginosis. That also creates a very strong smelling vagina. Easy enough to test for, and subsequently treat, if she's positive.
