My husband suffers from prem what from time to time and the way he cope s with it is by entering then stopping still for what seems like ages. It drives me nuts and actually makes me quite cross sometimes( although I hide it of course!). Obviously it’s because he doesn’t want to finish too soon but I think it’s really selfish of him. Am I being unfair or would this annoy you too?

Unfortunately, that's a common theme for a lot of men. If he is diagnosed with it, there are some treatment that can work, but he does need a change in a behaviour, such as going to the gym and becoming more active, change of diet etc. Try and reduce the amount of foreplay maybe and also keep changing positions.

I would find that incredibly frustrating.

If he’s young enough he might be able to orgasm but just keep going and, without losing his erection inside you, come to orgasm again.

Could a solution be for him to let him cum quickly at the start, even before penetration, he then goes down on you, or otherwise pleasures you, for as long as it takes for him to get hard again, then you have PIV sex. As he’s doing it when he’s just able to get hard, I’m thinking he then won’t orgasm nearly as quickly second time around.

Or he just comes out, you do other stuff and then it goes back in when he’s hard again, then he doesn’t have to maintain an erection continuously after orgasm, which realistically most men, even young ones, would find impossible.
