Rimming and skin tags

So my FWB really wants to rim me but I have anal skin tags. I haven’t told him and have just told him I’m not comfortable with rimming. I however would like to give it a go but am self conscious of the skin tags.
Does anyone have any advice or experience re giving or reviving with skin tags? I don’t want to say to ahead if he is going to be completely repulsed by them!
They are painless, very soft, very very rarely bleed and don’t cause me any issues hence why they haven’t been removed.

Talk to him about it. Communication is everything.

Well, he's obviously attracted to you and in the throes of passion I personally don't think he'll be too bothered about some skin tags. But it's worth talking about if you're a little self-conscious about them.

No experience of anal skin tags myself but if you tell him about them and he isn't bothered, just make sure you are freshly washed as from what I understand, if you have haemorrhoids or skin tags you need to be more thorough with your personal hygiene especially if someone is going to be licking the area.

I think he was glad I asked him to not go there anymore. He maybe regretted asking if he could.

Well we were just talking about it over text so I’ve just told him but I think he’s fallen asleep so not had a response yet. I suppose at least he knows now so the decision is in his hands as to whether he wants to do it.
