My wife and I actually did this for fun not too long ago. Don't worry, if one or both of you clicked 'no' to anything, that item will not be shown in the result. There will be only double yesses, double maybes, or the ones you guys had down as one yes + one maybe. Either of you clicking 'no' to anything, that is good as gone from the list. They only display things this way (this is from the actual results page once both of you complete it):
"Displayed below are the results of the questionnaire. Only the results that both of you selected yes or maybe will be shown."
No paragraph about compatibilities, or anything.
Just a simple list of the things you both shared interest in. It has sections.. like... "Basics" that ask about your interest in certain positions, or say, to take photos of you having sex... or there are categories of "Anal", "Other fetishes", etc.. and it just shows which one of you said yes or maybe to the individual questions. For us, the category "Group" didn't even show up on the list, as we showed no interest in any of the questions related to it.
