2 kids and youngest is now 15. Child 1 was forceps in theatre and stitched up nicely. Child 2 at home and stitched up in a dimly lit room. Anyway I have a mild-medium prolapse and my hole looks enormous as I don’t think I was stitched up properly. I’m disgusted by myself and wonder how any many men would ever choose to go near it. Does anyone else feel like this. Or from a man’s view would it massively put you off.

From my man's point of view if you are a nice person who I enjoy being with them I'd enjoy all activites with you and would not care about size.

As a man all I can say is if any woman is willing to let me be close enough to see her in all her glory the least I can do is appreciate that privilege and enjoy it. Anything less and he's not worth worrying about

I had this about two years after the birth of my second child. I had him when I was almost 42. Despite attending the pessary clinic regularly and seeing a gynaecologist, no one mentioned that it was vagjnal atrophy, common in perimenopause. I found this out through my own research. I am now using vaginal oestrogen, which is a cream with a low level of oestrogen, and it has made a huge difference: I’m not sure the vagjnal entrance is any smaller, but the surrounding tissue and labia have plumped up massively, meaning it’s less noticeable and I feel so much better about it. You can buy the cream over the counter, or get it prescribed: it has also helped me with vaginal dryness and sex is way better now.
